Subscription Terms

These terms are a binding agreement between you and TWOFORM, operated by TWO Packaging (“TWOFORM,” “we,” “us”), covering TWOFORM design subscriptions. By checking the agreement box and completing checkout, you accept all of these terms. They’re written to be read — if anything is unclear, ask us before you subscribe.
1. What a subscription buys
Each plan buys a monthly allowance of package dieline downloads — the finished, production-ready dieline files of your designs; one is used the first time you download a given design (style + size), and re-downloading that design never uses another — plus the AI actions to create them: design rounds (four concepts on your packaging), edits (a Sam edit — three takes on your change), and references (an AI reference image; canvas “Make asset” images count here too). Every plan includes a commercial license for the designs you download. Annual plans bill once per year at ten times the monthly price — two months free — and the allowance still refreshes every month.

Self-designing is free and unlimited — anyone can design any number of packages with their own artwork (no AI) at no charge, and ordering manufactured packaging from us is never limited — any finished design, AI-designed or self-designed, can always be ordered, on any plan or none (the allowance meters dieline file downloads — not designing and not orders). Downloading a dieline uses one package dieline download from your allowance regardless of how the design was made. Your allowance is locked in: the monthly amounts promised when you subscribe are recorded on your account and will never be reduced while you stay subscribed. If we ever raise a plan’s allowance, you get the raise automatically.
2. Billing & automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically — monthly for a monthly plan, yearly for an annual plan — and your saved payment method is charged the plan price at the start of every billing cycle until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars; you are responsible for any taxes that apply. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
3. Payment authorization, disputes & chargebacks
By subscribing you expressly authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method the plan price on a recurring basis until you cancel, and you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method. Your subscription and its allowances are delivered to your account immediately on payment.
If you ever have a billing concern, contact us first at our contact page — we’ll resolve it quickly. You agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal for a charge you authorized here (including recurring renewals you did not cancel before the cycle) without first giving us a reasonable chance to make it right. Because the service and allowances are digital and provided immediately, a chargeback for a legitimately-provided charge is a breach of these terms, and we may suspend the account and recover the disputed amount, related fees, and reasonable costs. This does not waive your rights for a genuinely unauthorized or fraudulent charge.
4. Allowance refresh & rollover
Your allowance refreshes at the start of each billing cycle (monthly — annual plans refresh monthly too). Unused package dieline downloads roll over one month, up to one month’s allowance; unused design rounds, edits, and references do not roll over and have no cash value. When an allowance runs out, that action pauses until your next refresh — or you can upgrade to a bigger plan at any time (upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated by Stripe).
4a. The order credit
Place your first manufacturing order of $500 or more with our factory while subscribed and we credit one month of your subscription fee (at your then-current plan’s monthly price) against that order. Once per account, applied on the order invoice — the subscription designs it; the factory makes it real.
5. Canceling & refunds
Cancel anytime from your dashboard (“Manage billing”). Your plan and remaining allowance stay active through the end of the period you already paid for, then it simply doesn’t renew. All subscription charges are final and non-refundable, and we do not give partial-period refunds for time remaining, unused allowances, or a change of mind. As a goodwill courtesy, if something genuinely goes wrong within your first 14 days, contact us and we’ll work with you — up to a full refund at our discretion. Production/print-ready files that have been delivered or approved are non-refundable.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal charge fails, your allowances pause until payment succeeds. Stripe retries automatically; you can update your card from “Manage billing.” A subscription that remains unpaid may be canceled.
7. Acceptable use
Allowances are for designing your own packaging in your TWOFORM studio. Reselling access, sharing accounts, scraping, reverse-engineering, or automating raw generation capacity isn’t allowed. We may pause or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass the paywall or download locks, or use TWOFORM to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
8. Your content, assets & intellectual property
You keep ownership of the brand assets you upload (logos, artwork, text, barcodes, QR/NFC codes, and legal/nutrition copy) and of the final designs you create. You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to everything you upload and to use every brand name, trademark, image, and code in your design, and that your packaging complies with the laws and labeling rules for your product and market. You are solely responsible for that content and for reviewing every barcode, code, and legal panel for accuracy — TWOFORM does not verify your rights or your compliance and is not liable for your content.
AI-generated artwork is provided “as is” and can contain mistakes; it may not be unique and similar output may be produced for others. Always review your proof before approving production — our prepress checks help, but your approval is the final word. You grant us the limited right to process your content to provide the service (generate, render, store, and prepare production files).
9. Production orders & proofs
Ordering finished, manufactured packaging is a separate transaction quoted and confirmed with you; these subscription terms don’t include the cost of physical production. Once you approve a proof and a production order is placed, it is prepared to your approved files and is not refundable for issues in artwork or content you approved. Downloading or exporting production files (dielines, print PDFs, SVGs) requires an active paid plan and uses one package dieline download from your allowance the first time you download a given design — re-downloads of that design are free, and files you have downloaded remain yours forever, even after cancellation. Without an active plan, on-screen previews carry a TWOFORM watermark; the clean, production-ready files exist only in your metered downloads and in the order delivered to our factory team. Free accounts can still order production from us.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that output will be error-free, unique, or suitable for print without your review. To the fullest extent allowed by law, TWOFORM’s total liability for any claim arising from the service or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or the cost of reprints or production runs.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify TWOFORM from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, your packaging or products, or your breach of these terms.
12. Changes to plans, prices & terms
Your allowance can never go down — the amounts promised at signup are yours for as long as you stay subscribed (section 1). If plan configurations change, reductions apply only to new subscriptions; increases flow to everyone automatically. Your price stays your price unless you choose a different plan; pricing changes for new signups don’t touch your existing subscription. We may update these terms for future signups; the version you accepted at checkout governs your subscription until you accept a new one.
13. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere, and nothing here limits rights that can’t be waived under applicable law. Please raise any issue with us first; most concerns are resolved in a single message.
14. Record of your agreement
When you subscribe we record the plan, price, billing cycle, date and time, and the version of these terms you accepted. That record protects both of us and is what makes this agreement enforceable.
