TWOFORM manufactures what you design — in our own U.S. factory

Yes. TWOFORM is the online design studio of TWO Packaging, a real U.S. packaging manufacturer in Phoenix, Arizona — the same company. When you order, your approved file goes straight to our own production line: we print, cut, fold, quality-check and ship the finished packaging to your door. There is no handoff to a third-party print marketplace.

Folding cartons, mylar bags and rigid boxes start at 1,000 units. Corrugated boxes and coasters start at 250. Koozies start at 100. Labels and poly mailers are quoted live in the studio. These are the same numbers the studio's live pricing uses — the quote you see is the order you can place.

Instant, in the studio. As you configure size, material and quantity, TWOFORM prices the run live — per-unit price, shipping to your door (ocean or air, your choice) and taxes as line items — and you can check out on the spot with Stripe. No waiting on a sales rep. A real human team is also one message away if you want one.

Yes — the dieline you design on is the file our factory cuts. Production exports carry true cut, crease, glue, safe-area and registration layers, Pantone ink callouts, and real artwork bleed past every cut edge — 5mm per side on flexible film and corrugated, 3mm on board — with the exact art-plus-bleed size stamped on the sheet.

Both — with full creative freedom. Design free-form on the live canvas (text, logos, shapes, images, foil and spot-UV finishes), have Sam — the in-house AI packaging designer — generate original artwork directly on your dieline from a plain-English brief, or bring an AI image from ChatGPT, Midjourney or any generator and TWOFORM lays it out on the true production dieline and manufactures it. That last part is unique to TWOFORM: nowhere else does an AI image become a real, orderable package from the same company.

Your choice — there is no lock-in. Production files (print-ready SVG and PDF with cut/crease/glue layers, real bleed and Pantone callouts) download on any plan and are yours forever, even if you cancel. Print them anywhere in the world — or order from us and skip the handoff entirely, since the designer and the factory are the same company.
