Custom Vitamin Boxes
A vitamin carton is a small box carrying a large amount of legally exact copy around a bottle whose dimensions you probably did not choose. Panel space is the binding constraint from the first minute.
Skip the blank page
You already know what you are packaging, so there is nothing to set up. This opens the design engine with the straight tuck end structures on screen — then you type your own dimensions and the dieline is generated at that exact size.
The structures vitamin boxes actually ship in
Every one of these is a construction TWOFORM generates a real production dieline for, at your own dimensions — not a template you have to fit your product into. Each opens the engine already on that package type.
Settle this before you design
The bottle's widest point, including the cap, sets the carton
Measure the bottle across the cap ring rather than the body, add clearance so it drops in without being forced, and take the height from the standing bottle plus a little. A carton sized to the bottle body will not accept the cap, and one sized with no clearance jams on a hand-packing line.
The mistake that costs a print run
Designing the front panel first
The facts panel, the ingredient list, the required statements and the barcode all have to fit legibly on the back and the sides. Set them at final size before anything else. Brands that design the front first routinely find the regulated copy will not fit and end up either reducing type below a sensible size or reprinting at a larger carton.
How you actually make it
- Open the structure above and type your real dimensions. The dieline is generated at that exact size and validated against real manufacturing limits as it draws — if a size cannot be folded, glued and shipped, it says so before you design anything on it.
- Describe your brand and the AI designs the artwork directly onto that dieline — not onto a picture of a package.
- Place your own logo, barcode and any required panel yourself. The AI leaves them exactly as placed unless you ask it to change them.
- Fold it in live 3D to check it, then download print-ready files to use with any printer — or have TWOFORM manufacture it.
Questions about custom vitamin boxes
What size carton fits a 60-count supplement bottle?
Around 2.5 × 2.5 × 5in for a common bottle, but measure yours across the cap. Cap diameter, not bottle diameter, is what has to fit through the opening.
Do I need a carton at all?
Not always. A carton buys you printable area for the regulated copy, tamper evidence and a shelf-stackable shape; a labelled bottle alone works for direct sales where none of those matter as much.
How small can the facts panel type be?
Legibility is the real limit, and it binds before any panel-size rule does. Set the panel at final size early — if it is unreadable at the carton size you picked, the carton is wrong.
