The regulated list is longer than the label you want
A full ingredient deck under standardised names is long, and it must stay legible. On a small container the honest options are a peel-back multi-layer label, an outer carton, or a bigger label. Set the list at final size before you choose the die — deciding afterwards is what forces unreadable type.
The mistake that costs a print run
Paper stock on a product that lives in a bathroom
Steam, splashes and oily fingers destroy uncoated paper labels within weeks, and the edges curl first. Film face stocks with an adhesive rated for damp handling are the default in this category for a reason. If the look calls for a textured paper, at least specify a protective laminate over it.

- Open the structure above and type your real dimensions. The dieline is generated at that exact size and validated against real manufacturing limits as it draws — if a size cannot be folded, glued and shipped, it says so before you design anything on it.
- Describe your brand and the AI designs the artwork directly onto that dieline — not onto a picture of a package.

What label material should I use for skincare?
A film face stock in almost all cases — bathrooms are wet and oily, and paper labels curl at the edges within weeks. Choose a paper look with a laminate over it if the texture matters.
How do I fit the full ingredient list on a small bottle?
Use a peel-back multi-layer label, add an outer carton, or increase the label size. Reducing the type until it fits is the option that fails at the point it matters.
Will a label lift on a squeezable tube?
It can, because the surface flexes. Rounded corners, a slightly smaller label and a flexible face stock all help; square corners on a rigid film are where lifting starts.
