Custom Sheet Mask Pouches

A sheet mask sachet holds a soaked fabric sheet in a lot of free liquid. It is a leak problem and a light problem, and the printed panel has to survive being handled with wet hands.

You already know what you are packaging, so there is nothing to set up. This opens the design engine with the flat pouch / 3-side seal structures on screen — then you type your own dimensions and the dieline is generated at that exact size.

The structures sheet mask pouches actually ship in

Every one of these is a construction TWOFORM generates a real production dieline for, at your own dimensions — not a template you have to fit your product into. Each opens the engine already on that package type.

Settle this before you design

The seal has to hold a liquid, not a powder

There is usually more essence than sheet in the pack, and any of it in the seal band makes a channel that will weep. That demands a wider seal band than a dry sachet needs and a fill process that keeps the top clean. In design terms, leave the whole seal band clear and do not let the layout push into it.

The mistake that costs a print run

A clear or lightly printed pouch

Essences with active ingredients degrade with light exposure, and a sachet with large unprinted areas lets it through. The pack is the only protection the product has, so the film should be a barrier laminate with a substantially covered face — a clear window is a shelf-life decision, not a graphic one.

How you actually make it

  1. Open the structure above and type your real dimensions. The dieline is generated at that exact size and validated against real manufacturing limits as it draws — if a size cannot be folded, glued and shipped, it says so before you design anything on it.
  2. Describe your brand and the AI designs the artwork directly onto that dieline — not onto a picture of a package.
  3. Place your own logo, barcode and any required panel yourself. The AI leaves them exactly as placed unless you ask it to change them.
  4. Fold it in live 3D to check it, then download print-ready files to use with any printer — or have TWOFORM manufacture it.

Questions about custom sheet mask pouches

What size sachet holds a sheet mask?

Around 4.5 × 6.5in for a single folded mask with its essence. The folded sheet plus liquid needs more room than the flat sheet suggests, so allow for it.

Why do sheet mask sachets leak?

Essence in the seal band during filling. It leaves a channel that survives a seal test and weeps under pressure in a box. A wider seal band and a clean fill are the fixes.

Do sheet mask pouches need a foil layer?

For anything with light-sensitive actives, yes. A foil or metallised laminate protects the essence in a way a printed clear film does not.
