Settle this before you design

Every reclosure that does not seal fully lets the solution evaporate, and a pack of dry wipes is a returned pack. A resealable lid or label has to hold after repeated wet-handed opening, which is a specification decision about the adhesive and the lid, made before the artwork that surrounds it.
The mistake that costs a print run
Designing the top panel before the opening is placed
The die-cut opening and the resealable lid occupy a large fixed area of the top face and the lid is often printed separately. A design that treats the top as a single blank panel will find its logo cut in half or hidden under the lid. Place the opening and the lid first and design the visible remainder around them.
How you actually make it
- Open the structure above and type your real dimensions. The dieline is generated at that exact size and validated against real manufacturing limits as it draws — if a size cannot be folded, glued and shipped, it says so before you design anything on it.
- Describe your brand and the AI designs the artwork directly onto that dieline — not onto a picture of a package.
- Place your own logo, barcode and any required panel yourself. The AI leaves them exactly as placed unless you ask it to change them.
- Fold it in live 3D to check it, then download print-ready files to use with any printer — or have TWOFORM manufacture it.
Questions about custom wet wipe pouches
What size pouch holds 40 wet wipes?
Around 7 × 5.5in as a lay-flat pack with a top opening. The folded wipe stack thickness is what really sets the pack, so measure a real stack.
Why do my wipes dry out?
The reseal is not holding across repeated openings. A lid or label specified for wet-handed repeat use is the fix; the film body is rarely the problem.
Should the wipe pack stand up?
Only for large refill sizes kept in a cupboard. Everyday packs lie flat because that is how the top opening is used, and a gusset gets in the way of it.
